I purchased this piece more than ten years ago from David Nishimura’s Vintage Pen shop. The nib is an original Onoto 14K 3/st nib.It uses the plunger-filler system, which is in proper working order. Please refer to the photos for the 9K hallmark.Considering that the pen is over 100 years old, it is in excellent condition, though not perfect.As shown in photo 2, there is a very small ding.
